no dialing tone!

yesterday the telephone line finally came. the whole installation only took 5 minutes and yet i need to pay rm30 for the service? that contractor just brought along a new telephone, a lightning surge protector thingy, what else? that's all. bloody stupid TMnut! after done installing the telephone, that contractor said the phone line is still engaged and the service will be back online at 4pm yesterday. so i waited. till today the thing is not functioning! WTF. i paid and i get nothing! no choice. have to wait again!~
