sabah trip part 4 - 6th of june

this day, we woke up as early as possible (around 0400) and took off at around 0630. before set off, we took breakfast at the same mamak where we had our first supper in Sabah. but before i continue with the story, i would to apologize to my beloved SLK in Sabah cause he been through hell of a journey. haha. and our destination of the day is Kundasang (aka Sabah very own Genting but minus the Casino). why i called it the Sabah's very own Genting, this is because the weather here is like Genting, chilling. but the weather is totally different when we went to Ranau to have lunch.

Sohai Cheong Hong, we rented 2 SLK for RM70 per day. it is a 660 man.

our first stop in Kundasang, Kundasang War Memorial Park. this park commemorate those who perished during the Death March

then, we went to Ranau to have our lunch and i ordered Kon Lou Mee and cost me RM5. food in Sabah is indeed expensive. after some recharge, we continue to Poring Hot Springs.

before we dip into the hotspring, we went a nearby waterfall (need to cool down as the weather is too warm)

then after cooling down, then we dip into the hotspring. at first it is quite hot but after a while, i feel so nice man. haha. and here is the place where Elsa's faithful K700i passed away. haha

time in hotspring passed very fast and we need head back to Zen Garden Hotel (RM150 per night). on our way back, we bought KFC as dinner. we also bought some fruits at the market soon after we reached Kundasang in the early afternoon. because the hotel gave us complimentary dinner for 2 persons but ended up me, Cheong Hong and Ho went to eat free dinner. 3 persons sharing 2 persons meal. shy betul. but who cares as long as it fill up our stomach. then after dinner, we had few rounds of UNO before we called it a day.
