sabah trip pt 9 - 11th of june

we woke up around 0900 thanks shiek thing's morning call. we were a little bit late for the snake island trip. then mong mong was very reluctant to join us for the trip as you know lah the reason. but due to our power of persuade, she was finally gave in and joined us. there were 9 of us but we only rented 2 set of snorkelling sets. how pathetic. never mind. hop on the boat and off we go to Snake Island (RM25 per pax and snorkelling set is RM30).

snake island is a small island (almost as big as a Semi-D Double Storey House, see how small is that) which full of SNAKES. really it is. but during day time, the snakes will remain inactive and it is safe to visit that island. we stayed there around 30 mins and the guides managed to caught a few sea snakes for us to play with. aho, cheong hong, mei syn and elsa managed to hold the snakes by themselves while i have to stay with mong mong to console her and calm her down during the whole trip (kesian mong mong). also it is strongly advisable not to visit this island during night. and if you insist on going, then you can consider yourself in a big pile of shit!

then move on the sand pit. it is just an island filled with sands. nothing else. duh, that's why they called it sand pit right. it is a nice place to hang out and snorkel but there wasn't any corals around the sand pit. but the water is nice and clear. some snorkelling session and camwhoring session around the sand pit.

after that, we went back pulau tiga and continue our diving session for a while. then settle lunch and take a bath. packed up and camwhored for a moment.

we bid farewell to this lovely island at 1400 and back to KK.
