mr.dopeisgood: sabah trip pt 10

this day, we went for island hopping. in the island hopping, it is RM30 per pax and RM10 for the snorkelling sets also per pax. the package allowed us to choose 3 out of 5 islands and we chose Pulau Mamutik, Pulau Manukan and Pulau Sapi. all these islands are all under a national park called Tunku Abdul Rahman Park.

our first island was Pulau Manukan. upon reaching, we just straight get ready for snorkelling. all of us went for snorkelling but only the guys stayed longer in the water. then, one of the park ranger caught a jellyfish and brought it to the beach for us to see. it is part of his job to catch jellyfish to prevent unwanted incident to happen. we took turns to camwhore with the poor jellyfish before buried it.

then, the next island, Pulau Manukan, which is the largest among the 3 islands and it is also the most crowded island. the water activities provided are more and of course, more pricey. again, we for snorkelling and the girls were hanging out by the beach. us the guys were snorkelling accompanied by the tour guide as he wanted to show us beautiful corals around the island. then he spotted sea snake and wanted us to swim back asap. phew. close call. then, we went up to the beach and had our lunch there (very expensive lunch) RM5 for 2 dishes of mixed rice. then, we buried aho and had a great time there.

next, the last island, Pulai Sapi. again we went for snorkel and our tour guide showed us the fish house (just a giant coral which full of fishes). then the girls were resting by the beach and we the guys had a quick wrestling session. after that, we took a very quick shower and took the last boat back to KK.

the last night in KK, we went for dinner at Gunter's Gasthaus. it is a german restaurant. and it provides menu of all you can eat and paid only for the most expensive plate, from 6.30-8.00pm. But you have to clear your plate first before ordering the next one. and i have eaten 3 plates. all of us were rushing to finish the food as they can get to eat more at the price of 1 plate.

after the dinner, then we headed to 1Borneo to catch a movie. the movie of the night was The Incredible Hulk. the cinema was nice as the it provides spacious seats. very comfy.

throughout the night, they were secretly planning a surprise birthday for me. they rushed to buy cake and late for the movie. they were successful at it as i was totally unaware about it. haha. again thanks alot guys! really appreciate it. haha..
